Our website uses OTP Bank Nyrt.’s and Global Payments secure credit card payment services, applying SSL protocol. When you select the option to pay for your order using your credit card, you are redirected to OTP Bank’s payment site, which complies with the rules and security regulations of the international credit card service providers. Your card data or the details of your bank account (account number, expiration date) are not disclosed to our webshop, and we have no access to these data.

Please, have your card ready. When making a payment with your credit card, you will need the following details:

Card number (A 13 to 19 digit number printed or embossed on the front side of your credit card.)
Expiration date (A mm/yy format printed or embossed on the front side of your credit card.)
Card Security Code (The last three digits of the number printed on the signature strip [CVV2 or CVC2]. If your card does not have a Card Security Code please leave the relevant field of the payment site blank!)

American Express (embossed)
Electron (not embossed) The ability to use non-embossed cards for online payments varies according to the issuing bank. If your bank allows your Electron card to be used for online purchases, you can use the card on our website, too. For more information, please, turn to the issuing bank. Naturally, all cards issued by OTP Bank are accepted.
Maestro The OTP Bank online payment site accepts Maestro cards from all issuing banks. Maestro cards can be accepted if the issuing bank permits the use of such cards in e-commerce transactions. Please, consult your bank!

In order to increase the security of online credit card payments OTP Bank introduced the Verified by Visa/MasterCard Secure Code (VbV/MSC) service. The service is basically an additional mode of identification provided by the issuing bank to the card holder and is activated during the transaction to prvide for safe card holder identification.

If your bank does not provide VbV/MSC services, or you did not subscribe to such a service, the payment procedure will carry on as usual. Our site will redirect you to OTP Bank’s payment site, where you can enter your card details (Card number, Expiration date, Card Security Code), and settle the payment for the requested products/services.

If your bank offers VbV/MSC services, and you are a subscriber, the payment procedure is different. You will still need to enter your card details (Card number, Expiration date, Card Security Code) on OTP Bank’s site, but after that the bank will automatically redirect you to the issuing bank’s website, where you need to proceed with the identification. Following a successful identification the payment procedure will be completed, and you will receive a notification of the transaction, and will be directed back to Pizza Forte’ website. If the identification procedure fails, the transaction will be terminated.
