1. About the webshop:
The webshop is operated by Pizza Forte kft.
2. Steps of concluding an electronic contract
2.1. Registration in pizzaforte.hu webshop. It is the Principal’s responsibility to provide valid data in the registration process.
2.2. Selection of product(s) to be ordered. The selected product(s) shall be the subject of the electronic contract. Product prices are shown next to the specific product. Prices include VAT and packaging. Some product photos are for illustration purposes only.
2.3. Proceeding to checkout, selection of payment method, submitting your order. Minimum order value is HUF 1795.
2.4. Pizza Forte kft. acknowledges your order by sending an electronic confirmation within 10 minutes after the order was placed. The order and its confirmation is completed when the order and the confirmation becomes accessible to Pizza Forte kft. and the Principal respectively. If the order confirmation does not arrive within 10 minutes of the order’s submission, Principal can check the order’s status via phone at +36-1-388-8888.
2.5. The ordered products shall be delivered by pizza delivery drivers. The webshop offers customers the option to pay online with either a credit card or a SZÉP card. Customers can also pay for their order upon delivery with either cash. In general delivery is completed within 40 minutes of order confirmation, however, customers can also designate a later time for delivery on the day of the order.
2.6. Orders placed for food delivery cannot be cancelled. The only exception for cancellation is if the Principal cancels the order via the phone customer service at +36-1-388-8888, within 5 minutes of placing the order.
2.7. Options for modifying the data of the order prior to submitting the order:

2.9. In the case of ordering an alcohol-containing product the courier delivering on behalf of Pizza Forte Kft. is entitled to check the age of the recipient before handing over the product. If it is not possible or the age of the recipient does not reach 18 years then the product containing alcohol will not be handed over.
